B.I.L.L.Y was a robot created by Codrum designed to take part in Meredith's "Robot Games". B.I.L.L.Y spoke with a posh British accent, used long words and acted as a sort of butler to Codrum before he was destroyed.
Time in Blood Gulch[]
B.I.L.L.Y was brought into the world as merely a head and a torso, and spent the first few days in the canyon questioning how someone would create a being that couldn't move. This was because Codrum wasn't smart enough to create limbs for the robot, and in the end Magnus provided them.
At some point in time, B.I.L.L.Y "Interfaced" with an Arcade machine in the arcade room, where he described the machine as beautiful and referred to it as a she. He then plugged a USB from his arm into the machine and played the game, managing to achieve a time of around 14 minutes. Remarking that it's not bad for a first timer.
B.I.L.L.Y took part in the robot games and made it to the final, where he faced of against his nemesis, Shweels. Unfortunately, during this time Codrum went missing and B.I.L.L.Y conducted a search party to search the caves to find him. Whilst in the caves, the Blues rigged the entrance with explosives, and in an attempt to quickly get out, the explosives were detonated causing him to be crushed by falling rock.
His head was recovered from the ruble by Rust and hooked up to the falcon as an alternate power supply. It turned out that Codrum wasn't missing, he was undercover in Blue Base, and Rust was going to use the Falcon to get him out with a large supply of weapons.
Rust flew the Falcon over to Blue Base, however it was unfortunately destroyed by Blaise, killing B.I.L.L.Y in the process.
Several weeks later, Codrum was informed that B.I.L.L.Y "Interfaced" with the Arcade Machine, meaning that he had uploaded a large majority of his data onto the machines drive. Codrum accessed this and put it into a new robot, who was effectively B.I.L.L.Y's son, and rightfully named W.I.L.L.I.A.M Jr.

- B.I.L.L.Y stands for Biometric Intelligent Lifeform Like You; which was made up by Codrum so he could call it B.I.L.L.Y.
